What is semi permanent make up?

Semi permanent make up has been around since the early Incas and Egyptians,
but only first introduced into the UK in the mid 80’s and still becoming ever more
popular. Carefully applied hypo allergenic colour micro pigments are placed into the
dermal layer of the skin to define or even recreate beautiful brows and enhance
eyes and lips.
